What kind of candles do you use?

We use Australian made pillar candles. Our candles are hand poured in Southern Australia and are of the highest quality.

Do you email the artwork for my approval prior to my candle/s being commenced?

Once your information request form has been received along with any photo files your artwork will  be commenced. It is emailed for your approval within 24hrs. Any changes that need to be made will be emailed to you again for your approval to ensure that everything is to your specifications.

When will I receive my order?

Normal turnaround time is 7-10 days from when your artwork is approved. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.

Can I receive an order in a shorter time frame?

Yes.....If you require a shorter delivery time frame please contact us to ensure that we are able to accommodate this for you.


Where a candle is required to be made and dispatched with less than 48hrs notice a $10.00 priority fee will be added to your order (This fee does not apply to Memorial and Funeral candles)

How is my order sent?

All candle orders are shipped using Australia Post registered / insured mail. Candles are wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap and gently placed in shredded paper. The box is marked fragile and also has a sticker notifying that the contents are wax products and that they are to be kept cool.

Can I collect my order?

Yes......We are located in Glenmore Park in Western Sydney. Be sure to choose the ""Walk in" option at checkout so that postage will not be added to your order.
