A confirmation of order email
will be sent upon successful account creation and order placement
You will then receive an email
containing an information request form, fonts, verses an motif designs
(where motif candles are ordered
At BellaBee Candles we do not
have a list of colours that you can choose from because we will source any
colour that you require to ensure that your candles compliment your
occasion and theme.
Once completed you will need
to email back the information request form along with any necessary photo
files (min 1mb). All photo's can be cropped & imperfections such as
red eye can be removed as part of our service to you.
Upon receipt of your
information form your artwork will be completed and email to your
nominated email address for your approval within 24hrs. Any required
changes to the artwork will also be emailed for final approval.
Full payment is required
before your candles will be started and sent. Payment types available are
bank deposit, credit card (through PayPal) and C.O.D
Please allow 7-10 working days
for your candles to be completed (If you require a shorter time frame for
delivery please contact us and we will endeavor to accommodate this for
you) PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING BUSY PERIODS ORDERS WILL BE COMPLETED AS PER THE REQUIRED DATES SO THE ABOVE MENTIONED TIME FRAME MAY VARY.
You will be notified by email when
your candles have been completed & dispatched. The registered mail or
express post tracking number will be emailed to you for your reference.
