Shipping & Returns

Postage is based on Australia Post rates. Postage prices on the site are calculated for Australia wide delivery only however shipping prices may be less for NSW orders. Postage can't be amended at time of check out but will be amended on your invoice. All international postage will be quoted upon request or once order is received.

All bonbonniere orders will not calculate postage at time of checkout. All postage will be calculated once order is placed or upon request.

Please email for a postage quote if you feel that the calculated postage for your order is incorrect and we will be more than happy to give you a revised cost.

All candles are posted within 7-10 working days provided that payment has been made & verified and all artwork has been approved. A faster turn around can be arranged upon request. If you have any questions, or are out of the listed regions please email us.

All candles are wrapped and packed with care to ensure that they arrive to your satisfaction.

Candles are posted using Registered Post and take approximately 2 business days for delivery however for regional and international zones shipping times will vary.

Returns

Bellabee must be notified of any problems /errors with your candles within 5 days.

Candles must be returned in original condition and a replacement candle will be issued.

If the error is a fault of BellaBee postage back will be refunded however if the error is due to an error on your part and the candle has been made as per instructions all postage (return and resend) will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
